This was a commissioned piece made by Tomás Garcia. Super gorgeous sterling silver tufa cast Naja made with Nevada green turquoise. 4 strands of Italian Mediterranean Coral! The Naja itself was $650 and the coral necklace was $700.  The Naja measures 3 inches by 3 inches. This can be scaled down though. 
These are made to order so Turquoise may vary or you can request a turquoise of your choice i.e. Kingman, Royston, Golden Hills etc.
